To start off here are pics of my oldest...Eddy!! He's 23, 6'3", attending BYU in Provo and is really a fun, loving, steadfast, focused and determined young man. He was actually born on our first anniversary so he was a great gift! (still is). We named him Eddy after Eddy Munster from "The Munster's" (for those of you younger crowd...it was a TV show in the late 60's/early 70's). Alan's nickname in High School was "Eddy" or "Munster" because he looked like the kid Eddy in the show. As soon as we found out I was expecting, we knew we were having a boy (this was before sonograms) and started calling the little thing that was making my belly grow, Eddy. It just fit and he even has a resemblance to Eddy Munster (more so when he was younger). Eddy served his mission in the Santiago Chile North Mission. He loved Chile and the people there. I thought I'd die when he left for his mission because he was the first to go. Those two years went really slow and I couldn't wait for him to get home! Not seeing him for 2 years was rough...even though I knew he was doing what he was called to do but that doesn't mean I didn't miss him. Eddy is in his second year at BYU and is applying for a couple of different programs...Accounting or Information Systems. He has always done great in math and he is a brain...he didn't get that from me! Even though he isn't, too far away, I really miss him and love it when he calls me! I appreciate that he makes time to talk to me. Eddy and I share a special relationship because he was the first one to make me a Mom and I remember just staring at him...even when he slept and being amazed that I was so blessed to be his mother. We have always been able to talk openly and I love it when we just sit and shoot the breeze. I am especially proud of this boy of mine because of his will to achieve, making good choices and doing his best in all things. I love the fact that he is a great example to his three younger brothers. They all look up to him and they couldn't have asked for a better oldest brother to help them pave the way for their lives. Eddy is just a great kid and always has been. He is adored by us all...

Chandler Robb
Now for Channy-Poo...he's 20 soon to be 21 in may, 6'1 and serving a mission in the Puerto Rico San Juan East Mission. His mission covers the East side of Puerto Rico and all of the Caribbean Islands. St.Kitts was his first area and he was there for almost 6 months. He LOVED it tremendously! The Rastas there really were good to him even though they offered him marijuana daily. After St.Kitts, he served in Puerto Rico in different areas and as well, loved it. He is now on the island of Virgin Gorda which in Spanish means "fat virgin"...isn't that nice? This island is part of the British Islands so he's back to mainly speaking English which he would rather speak Spanish. He'll be home in July so that is really good! I have a really hard time letting my boys go and not seeing them for two years. Chandler has been missed greatly as he is my goofy, funny but a loveable and tender hearted boy. He isn't one who likes you to hug him all of the time, but when he loves someone he loves with his whole heart and would do ANYTHING for them. I just wish he'd let me hug him more...hopefully after his mission he will. He gives really great hugs! Chandler is a funny kid...he is shy and quiet around people he doesn't know real well, especially women, but at home or hanging with the guys, he is hilarious and can be quite the clown. He is still the quiet one of the boys, but can make us all laugh! I think his goal in his boyhood was to make Eddy burst out laughing and he accomplished that all of the time. Boy, do we have stories about that! I've always said that Chandler was my stubborn child...man he had a hard head! I believe though that, that has been a real benefit for him. Everyone knew what he believed and never challenged him. When he makes up his mind, he sticks with it. His passion is basketball especially the Dallas Mavericks. Chan has always loved basketball...he also loves big trucks like Grandpa Chlarson has always driven, caps...he has a collection of them and Ford pick-ups. We're not sure what Chan will do when he gets home. We know he'll attend Collin College which is about 3 miles from us, but we're not sure what field he wants to pursue. He loves to work hard and with his hands. He's one of those guys that can fix anything without instructions. I know I'm writing more about him and it's because he isn't here so I'm trying to remember how he was and hopefully many things he is will be the same. I do know he is much more talkative since he is always saying how he loves to teach. I never thought I'd hear that from him so I am very happy he has developed and grown out of his shyness in that area. I am so proud of Chandler and the man he is becoming and even though my sister LaVoy thinks he is hers, he is definitely mine!!
This young woman he baptized while serving in St.Kitts. He was transferred to Barbados for just a week and while there ran into her. She was serving a mini-mission there and had put in her papers for becoming a missionary and has been called to the Netherlands! It was very strange that they were both in Barbados...it was meant to be.
Just like his Dad...loves tractors and found one to play on!
Sitting by a waterfall in the area Rio Grande where he was serving. His shirt says "Country Boy" and that is him...country through and though. Not a city kind of kid.
Derek Dale
Prepare yourself for Derek!! He is 18, 6'4", a Senior in High School and my third son. Derek is his own self and I love it! You definitely know when he's in the room! He is an over-achiever and always adds, too much on his plate of life. I've never seen a kid so involved and accomplish so much. I don't know how he keeps up his schedule without going crazy...I couldn't even come close to what he does! His Senior High School has 2500 kids and that is just Juniors and Seniors yet he seems to be able to deal with the craziness of it all. A passion of his is performing... especially singing. He has great talent and really lights up the stage because he is a bit ham but so fun to watch. The kid can really sing though and is in Sound Invention which is a performing choir at school. They do fun entertaining shows. This last Fall he was in the play "Footloose" and played the part of Ren McKormic. He did awesome and it was a lot of work. Derek's plan after his mission is to go to college majoring in the medical field. He's trying to decide between becoming an Anesthesiologist or a Cardio Thoracic Surgeon. The thing I love most about Derek is his sense of humor and he ALWAYS keeps me laughing. He can take me out of a bad mood so quick with his quick wit and humor. Derek and I can talk for hours! He is more like me in many ways...more so than the other boys. We share the same sense of humor, are both a little loud and like the same things like Opera and Broadway shows. He plans on leaving for his mission by the end of the year. He'll turn 19 in November and wants to check into the MTC by Christmas. When he leaves this home it will definitely be more quiet and calm but what a huge personality to lose and that will leave an empty spot in our home and in my heart. Beware of his photos...again he is a performer!
Prom 2008
With his friend Nikki...this was before his haircut.

A day at Six Flags after getting a new haircut...(not sure about the hair). He also loves Superman hence the tie he bought there.

Dylan Lee
The last of the Richmond boys...my baby, Dylan. He is 16 and has a birthday is in May. I can't believe he is actually going to be 17! It makes my heart hurt just thinking about it. Dylan in a Sophomore at Williams High School. Williams has about 1300 kids so the halls are a bit crowded. He has many interests and is always curious about things. Some things he loves doing is photography, playing his guitar that he learned to play on his own, writing songs, singing, playing basketball, working out, nature, drooling over Ford trucks and dreaming of owning a ranch. He, too performs in a performance choir called "Total Harmony". It's really entertaining to watch him perform. He isn't quite the ham Derek is, which is fine but he sure can sing. He really wants to pursue music and feels that, that is where the direction he should go. Here recently he was able to meet Kenneth Cope. Dylan LOVES him and his music. He was able to ask many questions. Kenneth really encourage Dylan to go for it! They are now in touch through Facebook and it has been such a great experience for him. I appreciate Kenneth Cope for his encouragement and his friendship with Dylan. I think Dylan's love for music will last throughout his lifetime...which is great. Dylan is the sweetest most thoughtful kid you've every seen. He is very conscience of people's feelings and worries about those he loves. If he thinks he has hurt some one's feelings he is quick to apologize. Lately he has been excited just thinking of Chandler coming home. They share many of the same interest. He is very excited about serving a mission. Two more years is just, too long for him to wait...not for me though! Derek and Dylan's missions will overlap and I'm not sure how I am going to handle that. Dylan is just an all around great kid! I am so thankful for his sweetness and kind heart. He tells me every morning and night that he loves me. How great is that!!
Small picture I know...but cute!

Homecoming 2008...she asked him

I know, another small one...but he is doing what he loves and that is playing the guitar.
Not sure what this is but it's cute!
Well...I think I accomplished this but not without mistakes! OH WELL! (thanks Shaila for the help!) Hope you enjoy it anyway. I also think you have the idea that each one of my boys is very special to me and I do realize that I am biased...aren't all moms?
